Plymouth Wedding Photographer

Today we have a very cute and intimate elopement wedding for you to feast your eyes on. Olivia and Josh got married at Ever After the fabulous elopement wedding venue near Plymouth. This was super fun wedding to photograph, they didn’t want tons of fuss, and definitely didn’t want lots of posing which to me is absolutely perfect and how a wedding should be. It gives me free rein to make sure I get the photographs that really matter and focus in on all the small moments happening throughout the day. I always love crossing the border and venturing into Devon territory to be a wedding photographer Devon!

Olivia and Josh got ready on site and I flitted between the two in the morning making sure to capture all the moments of nervous excitement as they got ready before their ceremony under the barn at ever after. It was all extremely romantic and very intimate with just their nearest and dearest attending the ceremony. They had an awesome confetti run just looked amazing with the summer sun glowing.

Ever After is a beautiful venue, set in some amazing surroundings, so for the most part we wanted to capture the photos of Olivia and Josh in the stunning scenery surrounding the venue. We took a walk along the river’s edge, which is an absolutely stunning walk surrounded by amazing trees and greenery. We took a walk along the river down towards the bridge crossing the stream where there’s a little ‘beach’ type area where you can get down next to the water’s edge. We got some amazing photos here.

There were some extremely emotional speeches and some externally funny ones as well, I love shooting the reactions to the speeches as everyone was cracked up and just having a great time. Lots of laughs, lots of cheers and lots of toasts! What more could you ask for!

Olivia and Josh led the dancefloor to amazing first dance with all their guests flooding in afterwards. It was the perfect way to end what had been an extremely cute and intimate elopement wedding and one I won’t forget in a hurry! Take a look through all the photos it was such a fantastic day so much fun to be had as a Plymouth wedding photographer!
