Just finished up this week editing an absolute beauty of a Cornish wedding at the awesome Headland Hotel. It’s a venue I have shot at before but not for a very long time and in completely different conditions so it’s always cool to shoot there again and see what you can come up with. For Mandy and David’s wedding it was completely thrashing it down with rain all day and easily one of the windiest days ever!
Whilst perfect for storm watching, not ideal for wedding photos outdoors, so had to be a bit more creative and do them all indoors as we just couldn’t risk going outside. These are a few we managed to grab from their bedroom. I’d scouted out their gorgeous hotel room windows previously in the day and knew they would make for awesome framing and an amazing backdrop. This is officially my last wedding of the year which is super sad, but looking forward to taking a bit of time off from wedding photography and sharing this years work with you all!
Is that the ocean storming behind them? Looks so cool and dramatic!
