Huntsham Court Wedding Photographer

Just got our pictures back and WOW. We are absolutely thrilled and blown away by not only the photos themselves (composition, lighting, etc.) but the fact that each and every photograph captures the mood, emotions and essence of our day from start to finish!

Well, well well! What can I even say?!! What a belter of a wedding Dave and Danae had here. Huntsham Court being the backdrop for this epic winter devon wedding photography. Now before I start talking about this wedding- it’s important to say, this is a wedding from winter earlier this year and that sunset is all real!! The main image above showing off the sunset just sums up how incredible the light was! You’d be envious of this even in summer!! I’ve had such an unbelievably large amount of comments on the photos from this wedding including the sunset shots! Every time I put them up on my Instagram, everyone goes absolutely mad.

Dave and Danae flew over to have their wedding in Devon and me as their Huntsham Court Wedding Photographer, I think it was an easy choice due to just how stunning the venue is and the fact there is a working chapel within walking distance within the grounds. SO rare and there’s surely only a handful of venues like this in the UK! It’s honestly just incredible and has some of the most stunning country views in Devon.

The whole day was on-site at Huntsham Court, all of their family and friends were staying there too and Dave and Danae made sure the whole day was all about love, laughter, and family. Everyone had the most amazing time – from the epic food to some of the most emotional speeches ever (I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many happy tears!). But what really made this wedding so great was just the whole vibe of the day. Everyone was their because they love Dave and Danae so much and that’s really what it’s all about. Certainly makes my job much easier as everywhere I turned my camera, people were beaming and it shows so much just how much they are loved!

They also had lazer clay pigeon shooting, which if you haven’t had a go at it before, you absolutely should! It’s so addictive and even funnier to watch (and take pictures of!!). Not something i’ve ever seen before at a wedding (seen the real clay pigeon shooting but never lazer!), such a cool way to spend some time on the wedding day and really gets everyone involved!

Despite the frost, which I am not at all complaining about, it made for some amazing photos of the grounds!!!) Dave and Danae still managed to get out for some epic photos and the sunset of dreams made a huge appearance for some gorgeous shots of just the two of them taking some time alone. We took a walk around the grounds at Huntsham Court and just let the incredible scenery do it’s thing! I think it was such a nice thing for Dave and Danae to just have some time alone together (well, with me there as well snapping away, but quitely!). These are some of my favourite pictures from the day and some of my favourite ever as a Huntsham Court Wedding Photographer. I could not be happier for them to be able to grab these epic sunset photos for them!

The day ended with a proper knees-up at the hands of an awesome Cèilidh – everyone on the dancefloor flinging each other around!

An awesome day, great people and an incredible venue! I cannot wait to get back to Huntsham Court!
