Laura and Matt chose to get married in Cornwall and have me as their Lusty Glaze Beach Wedding Photography and I could not be hapier to photograph their stunning wedding.
This wedding was a ridiculous amount of fun to shoot. Laura and Matt are two of the most charismatic and totally in love people you will ever meet. I really think this shows in their wedding photography by the fact they are all over each other. The wedding was completely up my street, absolutely bathed in sunlight, completely relaxed and filled with laughter – literally everyone was beaming all day!
Laura and Matt came to me quite a while back before their wedding and after various email exchanges they booked me to document their Cornish wedding day, they said they felt confident in my work and the first time I actually met them was on their wedding day. From the moment I turned up I could see exactly what type of Cornish wedding it was going to be, all of the girls getting ready were completely nuts, in the absolute best possible way. This meant of course that they were so much fun to photograph!
Laura and Matt got married at the absolutely stunning Lusty Glaze Beach Wedding Venue in Newquay Cornwall. This idyllic venue set on the beach is an absolutely gorgeous place to get married with the building opening up right onto the most stunning Cornish beach scenery. After the ceremony, we took the car and went and got some shots at some other local beaches namely Mawgan Porth which held special memories for them, before returning to Lusty Glaze. I documented the day from here out in hysterics at what transpired was one of the most funny wedding days, including some amazing speeches from all, a mini cake fight between the bride and groom after the cutting and the bride and groom walking down to the sea to take a sunset dip!
This place is one of the most gorgeous places to be in Cornwall when the sun is setting as it illuminates the whole bay and has such a magical feeling about it. This was my first time shooting as a wedding photographer Cornwall at the gorgeous Lusty Glaze. But over the years i’ve been lucky enough to shoot tons and tons of lusty glaze wedding photography and always happy to say i’ll be back shooting there soon with lots more weddings and elopements booked in there!
